Providence Man Wanted On Larceny And Receiving Stolen Goods Charges Nabbed: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man wanted on larceny and receiving stolen goods charges was apprehended, police said.

Jerome McCarthy, 38, was pulled over and arrested on Admiral Street in Providence about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

McCarthy was wanted on warrants charging him with larceny and receiving stolen goods, the release said.

McCarthy was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions, according to the release.
