The dash camera footage captured Brown University mass shooter Claudio Neves Valente walking across campus, according to reports.

PROVIDENCE, RI — Video shows Brown University mass shooter making his getaway from the scene of the crime, according to reports.
"Newly obtained dash camera footage captured the moment Brown University gunman Claudio Manuel Neves Valente chillingly strolled across a campus parking lot mere moments after he shot and killed two students during finals in December," The New York Post said of the video acquired by ABC.

"He crossed right in front of a Brown University shuttle bus, which had its dash camera on and captured the few seconds he lingered in the parking lot before disappearing down the street," the Post reported.

Neves Valente's "right hand appears to be in his pocket as he then jaywalks nonchalantly across Hope Street toward an adjacent residential neighborhood," ABC said of the video.
"The Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General confirmed to ABC News that the footage is believed to depict the shooter and that the video was recorded immediately following the shooting," per ABC.

Neves Valente, a 48-year-old former Brown student and Portuguese national living in Miami, fired 44 shots in the Barus & Holley engineering and physics building, killing two Brown students and wounding at least eight others Dec. 13.

Neves Valente was also linked to the shooting death of Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor Nuno Loureiro, who was found mortally wounded in his Brookline home Dec. 15, with the feds calling the connection a certainty.
