CT Man Charged With Reckless Driving In Richmond: Cops
The New London man was stopped on Interstate 95, police said.
RICHMOND, RI — A Connecticut man was charged with reckless driving in Richmond, police said.
Rocky Garcia, 22, was stopped on Interstate 95 shortly after midnight Sunday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Garcia was arrested on a charge of reckless driving and other offenses against public safety, the release said.

Garcia was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned and released with a court date, according to police.
