Before acting on the foregoing applications the Richmond Town Council, acting as the Licensing Board, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the TOWN HALL on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at which time all remonstrates may be heard.
