NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richmond Town Council has received an application for a SOUND PERMIT, pursuant to Ch. 8.14 Maximum permitted sound levels, of the Richmond Code of Ordinances from the following:

 

MR. DAVID DUCHARME

16 ROSE LANE.

SEPTEMBER 24, 2021

 

The event will be held on the dates shown above at the home of Mr. David Ducharme located at 16 Rose Lane and further designated as Assessor’s Plat 17 Lot 9.

 

Before acting upon the foregoing application, the Town Council, acting as the Licensing Board, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the Richmond Town Hall, 5 Richmond Townhouse Road.

 

This meeting will take place in Town Council Chambers, 5 Richmond Townhouse Road, Richmond, RI 02898; however the public can also observe and participate in the meeting remotely broadcasted on Zoom. The public is invited to observe and participate in the deliberations of this meeting by accessing the meeting link below. For those without access to video observation platforms, you may also call in to listen to the deliberations of this meeting by using the call-in phone number provided herein. To participate during Public Hearing or Public Input you will press *9 to raise your hand.
