                                                              PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications for a VICTUALING - ADDITIONAL HOURS LICENSE, pursuant to the provisions of Title 5, Chapter 24 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, l956, as amended, have been submitted to the Richmond Town Council, as a licensing board:

CUMBERLAND FARMS INC d/b/a Cumberland Farms #1254, located at 1175 Main Street

KASBAC, LLC d/b/a McDonald’s, located at 12 Kingstown Road

BEAVER RIVER DONUTS INC d/b/a Dunkin Donuts, Located at 418 Kingstown Road

RICH DONUTS INC d/b/a Dunkin Donuts, located at 26 Kingstown Road

RICHMOND GAS & CONVENIENCE INC d/b/a Richmond Gas & Convenience, located at 1214 Main Street

WYOMING DONUTS INC d/b/a Dunkin Donuts, located at 1214 Main Street

The Town Council may grant the Victualing-Additional Hours License to prepare food or serve food for consumption on the premises, or both, between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. upon showing of public convenience and necessity after a public hearing.  The Town Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at the TOWN HALL on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at which time all remonstrates may be heard.

The public is welcome to any open meeting of the Town Council or its committees.  If communication assistance (readers/interpreters/captions) is needed or any other accommodation to ensure equal participation, please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting at (401) 539-9000 x9.
