Town Of Richmond: Return To In-Person Meetings

July 30, 2021

Due to the expiration of the Governor's Executive Order, all town meetings will now be held in person.  Council, board, and commission members will be legally required to attend in person.  We will continue to livestream meetings and offer a Zoom option for audience members who prefer to participate virtually.
