• Vintage truck collector leases Smithfield warehouse to restore, display commercial vehicles (pbn.com) — A vintage truck restoration company, Zuba Brothers Antique Trucks, has leased 7,200 square feet of warehouse space at 27 Appian Way in Smithfield's Stillwater Industrial Park, in the Greenville neighborhood. The new tenant will use the site to collect, restore, and display heavy-duty commercial vehicles, bringing fresh activity to local industrial space and potentially drawing enthusiasts to town.
