David Serpa Installed as 2016 President of REALTOR Group

REALTOR® David Serpa was installed as the 2016 President of the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® on September 24, 2015 at the Kirkbrae Country Club in Lincoln, RI.

Mr. Serpa has been a member since 2005 and is a Broker Associate of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Cumberland, RI. He serves as Chair of the Board’s Finance Committee and sits on the Executive, Nominating and Program Committees.

In addition, the Northern Rhode Island Board installed the following as 2016 Officers: Mary Baron of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Cumberland as Vice President, Peter Dufresne of Keller Williams Realty Leading Edge in Cumberland as Treasurer and Michael Lambrese of RE/MAX Town and Country in Cumberland as Corporate Secretary.

Also installed were the following Directors: Monalisa Aguiar of Reliable Realty in Cumberland, Anastasia Kaufman of RE/MAX Town and Country in Cumberland, Garrett Mancieri of Gateway Realty in Woonsocket, Mary Ellen Rose of Fontaine Real Estate in Woonsocket, Cheryl Davis of Residential Properties, Ltd in Cumberland, Donna Gomes of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Cumberland, Christopher Whitten of Premeer Real Estate, LLC in Johnston, Robert Williamson of Residential Properties, Ltd in Cumberland, Joseph Luca of RE/MAX Preferred in North Providence and Ryan Antrop of Residential Properties, Ltd in Cumberland.

Joseph Luca of RE/MAX Preferred North Providence was selected as the Board’s REALTOR® of the Year. He has been a real estate practitioner for 7 years and is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He was the Board’s 2014 President and serves as the 2015 Corporate Secretary of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®
