“Reach Out 19” is an initiative of Congressman Cicilline that will bring open office hours directly to his constituents in every city and town in the First District. No appointment is necessary and Rhode Islanders are welcome to come to share their views on important issues or ask for help with a problem facing them and to learn more about the services his office provides.
