Little Compton Public Schools announced the start of school will be delayed by 1 hour on Tuesday.
Tiverton Public Schools will be delayed by 1 hour and there will be no morning kindergarten or pre-K classes on Tuesday.
Temperatures are anticipated to drop below freezing across southeast Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The National Weather Service issued a flash freeze alert for Monday night.
