Dog Story: Tiverton's Marine 14 Rescues Dog Stranded On The Rocks
A kayaker saw the dog and called the Tiverton Fire Department for help.
TIVERTON, RI—A kayaker helped save a dog that was stranded on the rocks near the Holy Trinity Church on Main Road, the fire department said. In a Facebook post, the firefighters reported Marine 14 went out to save the dog after receiving a call from Justin Reis. The dog is now in a shelter.
