
An evening of song and story, featuring soprano Victoria Duclos Barrett and the 50 Good Reasons Quartet.
Hear art songs from Bellini to Vaughan Williams and a dramatic reading of "The March Wind" by Alice Brown in concert at the Sandywoods Center for the Arts in Tiverton. Victoria will be joined by singers Vi Taylor, Tom Jansen, and Roger Gauthier of Sine Nomine to form the 50 Good Reasons Quartet.
Alice Brown's timeless tale offers quirky country characters stumbling through love - read by the quartet with music woven throughout. Melissa Wolverton accompanies on keyboard and Vi Taylor will offer dramatic 'commentary' on cello.
