6-DIGG-IT’s set list is powerful and unpredictable. From Beatles to Dave Matthews, Doobie Brothers to Maroon 5, Neil Young to Bob Marley, this group will delight you with their infectious rhythms, seamless harmonies, and passionate delivery. Vocalists Tim Smith and Dana Ramey have been singing together since high school, and it shows. They complement each other perfectly, vocally and as best friends. Tim’s past groups have included Second Wind, Middle Earth, and the SporADix. Dana performed for many years with the Taz RF Band. Portsmouth resident Steven Mortrude adds a fantastic voice, strong rhythm acoustic guitar and keyboards to the mix. Lead guitarist Dave DeLeone is the youngblood in the band, and brings his own sensibilities to the fun. Bass player Steven Shephard, originally from Nottingham, UK (hence the nickname “The Sheriff”), lays down the bottom. Westport native and show-stopping drummer Ben Pereira must be seen, heard, and felt to be believed. This bunch is an unpretentious lot. They are on an equal footing with the audience, and the symbiosis is clear. And their backup singers, the Jaded Waitresses, never fail to energize the crowd.
