Family Event at Pardon Gray: Up Close and Personal (Pre-Registration Necessary)

Pre-registration by May 18 is necessary for this event. The Tiverton Land Trust will host a family event at the Pardon Gray Preserve to get an up close view of life along the fields and trails.  Magnifying glasses will be provided for all children to see flowers, seeds, insects, leaves, feathers, etc. up close along a leisurely walk.  It is a good idea to wear long pants, hats, and comfortable footwear.  You might also consider bringing sunscreen and water.  Meet at the Main Road entrance at 10:00 a.m.  There will be a fee of $3.00 for children under five and a $5.00 fee for children five and older.  This fee covers the cost of the magnifying glasses which each child will be able to bring home.  To insure we have enough magnifiers, it is necessary to pre-register by calling 401-816-0126 no later than May 18.
