Sandywoods Farm together with Bay Coast Bank, formerly Citizens~Union Saving Bank, will present a free seminar to provide first-time homebuyers with valuable information on what they need to know when purchasing or building their new home.
Topics to be discussed include budgeting and credit, the housing search process, lead paint issues, home inspections, obtaining a mortgage, legal issues and successful ownership. The seminar will be held at 43 Muse Way on August 21, 2012 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served and seminar handout materials given to attendees.
