The DeBlois Gallery of Newport, RI is an artists’ nonprofit cooperative, showing contemporary paintings, ceramic sculpture, original prints and drawings, assemblage, collages, works in mixed media, fiber and metal.
Current DeBlois artists include Kathleen Armor, Ronald Caplain, Izabella Casselman, Judy Chaves, Rosemary Day, Valerie Debrule, Michael Guertin, Lisa May, Kathy Morton, Karen Nash, Helen Poniatowski, Valorie Sheehan, Rodie Siegler, Jonathan Small, Felicia Touhey, and Marion Wilner.
From April 14 through May 13, 2012, many of these talented artists - from one of the area's oldest nonprofit gallery cooperatives - will be exhibiting their stunning and diverse work at Sandywoods Gallery in Tiverton, a new nonprofit gallery co-op about to celebrate its first anniversary.
