Yoga Therapy serves as a bridge between the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual parts of the self. At the core of Yoga Therapy is the possibility of self-acceptance, discernment & empowerment. Our instructor, Karen Moore Holliday, though introduced to Yoga in the 1970's, began teaching yoga in 1993 & was trained & certified in the Kripalu Yoga Tradition in 1996. She holds degrees in Human Services, Human Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology. Karen brings to her practice a background of teaching, training, & counseling.
