People all across the world are attempting to set a record on World Workout Day for the most participants doing a group workout in 24 hours.
Anyone in Tiverton and Little Compton who is looking to make history can stop by Sandywoods Center for the Arts, 43 Muse Way in Tiverton, from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on World Workout Day for a free community workout.

World Workout Day is Saturday, March 7.
Participants can grab some free energizing tea at Coastal Nutrition, 1723 Stafford Road, at 8:30 a.m. and then walk tver to Sandywoods to start the workout.

There will be a recovery party at Coastal Nutrition at 10 a.m. with free recovery shakes, free body analysis and a free wellness profile.
