High Speed Chase, Drug Charges: Tiverton Police Arrest Log
Disturbing a public assembly, assault and reckless driving/drag racing were also charges found in the Tiverton police log.

TIVERTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Tiverton police between Jan. 29 and Feb. 3.
Jan. 29
1:20 a.m. — Lenny Czapiga, 23, of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, was charged with possession of a schedule I-V drug (10 grams or less). Police said the arrest happened on Tiverton Casino Boulevard.

Feb. 1
1:59 a.m. — Felipe Lemos, 27, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was charged with possession of marijuana, more than 1 ounce (first offense). Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop at the intersection of Stafford Road and Canning Boulevard. During the same traffic stop, Mateus Silva, 25, of Fall River, was charged with a bench warrant issued from Third District Court.

8:13 a.m. — Police said a 16-year-old and a 15-year-old were arrested after trespassing at Tiverton High School. The 16-year-old was charged with disturbance of public assembly, two counts of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. The 15-year-old was charged with disturbance of a public assembly and conspiracy.
Feb. 2
7:43 a.m. — Junya Cambra, 76, of Tiverton, was charged with simple assault and/or battery.
Feb. 3
1:39 p.m. — Rhianna Gardner, 39, of Scituate, was charged with eluding law enforcement vehicle in a high speed pursuit (first offense), reckless driving/drag racing/eluding police (first offense) and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.
