Little Compton Police Log: Domestic Violence on Francis Lane, Teen Driver Strikes Utility Pole

Mon., Aug. 11

Charles Sherman 61, of Francis Lane, Little Compton, was charged with domestic assault and vandalism. He was arrested after officers responded to his home for a report of a disturbance.
Napoleao Dacruz, 30, of 163 Crapo St., New Bedford, was charged with driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop.
A motorist from Portsmouth and another from Little Compton were driving on Peckham Road when they collided at about 4 p.m. No one was injured.

Wed., Aug. 13

A 19-year-old driver from Little Compton struck a utility pole on West Main Road at about 11 a.m. The driver was transported to a local hospital.
