Little Compton Public Schools Getting Virtual Learning Day Due To Snow

LITTLE COMPTON, RI — Little Compton Public Schools will have a virtual learning day on Tuesday, due to a major snowstorm that is expected to hit the region.

The storm timing will likely be between 1 a.m. Tuesday and 1 a.m. Wednesday. According to the forecast, the heaviest snow is expected between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Seven to 13 inches of snow is forecasted for much of Rhode Island. According to the National Weather Service, Little Compton could get up to 8 inches of snow.
