Man Hurt after Motorcycle Accident

Little Compton police said the 56-year-old Fall River man was transported to the hospital.

A 56-year-old Fall River man who lost control of his motorcycle on Sunday afternoon was transported to the hospital for treatment for non life-threatening injuries, according to Little Compton police.

Police said the accident happened at around 12:07 p.m. when the motorcyclist, identified as Donald Thibeault, was negotiating a turn from Long Pasture onto Shaw Road.

Police said the motorcycle suffered minor damage.

Little Compton police also reported the following arrests last week:

Bryan Phillips, 49, of 48 Holden St., Fall River, charged with driving with a suspended license. Phillips was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and was charged and released at the scene.

Hillary Joyce, 48, of 603 West Main Road, Little Compton, charged with driving with a suspended license. She was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and was charged and released at the scene.
