Mike hails from Fall River, MA, where he played in the justly celebrated group The Flying Laureanno Brothers. After several years of performing as a solo acoustic cover act in the Southeastern MA area, Mike turned his attention to songwriting. His lyrics are drawn from the school of "write what you know," and reflect an extraordinary range of characters and experiences.
Mike was a sideman and played bass guitar for 12 years for the legendary Fast Folk founder, Jack Hardy. Mike's tenure with Jack included three European tours and four albums.
Mike will perform from 7:45 pm to 8:30 pm. Free, but we'll pass the hat. Coffee served, and you can BYOB and BYOF (food).
