Police Arrest Three Suspects & Recover Stolen Car
The three are also suspected of breaking into cars near Paul James Drive, police said.
TIVERTON, RI—Two New Bedford men and a juvenile were arrested on Jan. 24 after police were notified about two men walking in Beth Road and a car following behind them. The car, it turned out, had been stolen from New Bedford, Mass.
Kevin Torres and Rafael Ramirez, both of New Bedford, and a juvenile (whose identity is not being released because of his age) were charged with three counts of tampering with vehicles, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools and conspiracy, police said.
