SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Are the High-Level Sex Offenders in Tiverton-Little Compton?
Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.

Tiverton has four sex offenders living in the town and there are no sex offenders living in Little Compton, according to the Rhode Island Sex Offender Listings.
Only the most severe sex offenders warrant a level 3 designation. That means they’re considered a ”high risk” to commit another offense, according to authorities. Level 2 offenders have a “moderate” risk to reoffend. The offenders are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.
The report shows that one level 3 offender and three level 2 offenders live in Tiverton. More specific information on the sex offenders is on the map at the bottom of the page.

Level 3 Offenders:
- Peter O’Hara, 44, of 22 Sterling Drive. He was convicted of failure to register and first degree sexual assault. The victim was a 16-year-old male not previously known to O’Hara.
Level 2 Offenders:

- Robert Dallaire, 29, of 301 Bulgarmarsh Road. He was convicted of failure to register and third degree sexual assault. The victim was a 14-year-old female known to Dallaire.
- John Decosta, 46, of 203 Fish Road. He was convicted of video voyeurism. The victim was a 14-year-old female known to Decosta.
- Donald Lavoie, 73, of 20 Briggs Lane. He was convicted of rape and abuse of child under 16. the victim was a 14-year-old female known to Lavoie.
