TIVERTON 1st BEGINS THE PROCESS OF CANDIDATE RECOMMENDATIONS

Tiverton 1st will again work to support candidates in the November election who best share the group’s positive, community-based vision. Candidates’ records, views, and responses on a candidate questionnaire will help determine which candidates Tiverton 1st recommends to voters. Candidates who would like to be considered are encouraged to submit responses to the Candidate Questionnaire, available on the Tiverton 1st Facebook page and webpage (www.tiverton1st.blogspot.com), by September 30. Candidate recommendations will be made for local offices, as well as State Representative and Senate seats that represent Tiverton.

Tiverton 1st will also be organizing a forum in October with the T1-recommended candidates, producing voter-information cards, and presenting information on Facebook, the webpage, and via email. The goal is to inform voters and keep Tiverton moving forward in a positive, cooperative direction as a community. To share ideas / thoughts on how to achieve this goal, email: tiverton1st@cox.net.
