Tiverton Man Arrested in Road Rage Incident, Police Allege
The state police arrested Mark Guerette, 53, of Tiverton, after an incident on Route 146 in Lincoln.
TIVERTON, RI— At 3:01 p.m. on Jan. 6, Troopers arrested Mark Guerette, 53, of Tiverton, for Vandalism and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a road rage incident on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln.
The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future 3rd District Court date.
