Tiverton Police Arrest Man in Possession of 19 'Bags' of Heroin
The suspect was also charged with his third offense of driving while intoxicated, police reported.
Police arrested a man who was in possession of 19 “bags” of heroin on Friday, Dec. 19.
Louis Oliveira, 56, was charged with possession of heroin, his third offense of driving while intoxicated, driving in possession of a controlled substance and refusal to submit a chemical test, according to the Tiverton Police Department Facebook page.
Police reported Oliveira was operating his vehicle erratically, driving off the road on several occasions and was involved in an accident in Fall River, MA.
