Tiverton Special Election Tuesday: Charter Review Commission

TIVERTON, RI — The special election for the Charter Review Committee is Tuesday. Twenty-four candidates are running for nine spots. Here is a sample ballot.

A Tiverton resident has created a website with information about all of their statements. To look at the site, click here. There is also a meet and greet Monday night at the library from 6 to 9 p.m.

The Tiverton Taxpayers Association has endorsed nine of the candidates: Justin W La Croix, Nancy L Driggs, Jeffrey E Caron, Richard A Rom, Robert D Coulter, Raymond D Fougere, Stephen T Clarke, William F Lopes, and Donna J Cook.

The Tiverton Democratic Town Committee has endorsed these eight candidates: Michael Burk, Michael Janick, Gregory Jones, Jason Mello, Kimberly Sutherland, David Perry, Andrea Souza, and Donna Edwards.

The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
