Tiverton Suspect Arrested for Domestic Assault on New Year's Eve
Tiverton Police also arrested a suspect for driving under the influence.
These arrests took place on Wednesday, Dec. 31, according to the Tiverton Police Department Facebook page
- Police were notified of a domestic disturbance on Crandall Road. Michael Miranda, 33, was arrested on three counts of domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was arraigned at the Adult Correctional Institute by a Justice of the Peace.
- Police arrested Mark Fusion, 61, for driving under the influence and refusal to submit a chemical test.
- Police arrested James Dalton, 59, for driving after license suspension.
