Tiverton Water Rescue
The boaters were on Nonquit Pond which is a drinking water reservoir and off limits.
LITTLE COMPTON, RI — The Tiverton Fire Department, with help from Little Compton, rescued people in trouble in a canoe on Nonquit Pond on Friday. The pond is off limits to boaters. One person went to the hospital to be checked out.
