Wintry Mix Could Bring A Few More Inches of Snow

Tiverton and Little Compton may see 1 to 3 inches of a wintry mix on Tuesday night and about 1 inch of snow on Wednesday night, The Weather Channel reports.
The latest storm will not pack the punch of the blizzards or major storms that we’ve seen over the past six weeks, but it is expected to leave plowable snowfall amounts in some areas before turning over to rain.

7News’ Jeremy Reiner said expect a messy, wintry mix starting on Tuesday night. It will start as snow and then change over to freezing rain and then rain early Wednesday morning. The rain will taper off to drizzle making for a dreary, but warmer Wednesday with highs in the 40s.
The National Weather Service is predicting that:
- Tiverton and Little Compton will see about 2 to 3 inches of snow.
The next possible snowfall could come on Thursday, but it’s still too early to know how much we’ll get or if we’ll get anything.
Tiverton and Little Compton could see 1 to 3 inches of snow on Thursday, according to The Weather Channel.
