4. Brockton Man Convicted of Murder After Shooting Solar Salesman, 24, Over Turf (newsbreak.com) — A Brockton man has been convicted of first-degree murder in a 2022 shooting of a solar salesman, while a 30-year-old woman from Warwick was found guilty of helping him flee. Fernandes now faces mandatory life without parole, and Destiny Fontes-Silie awaits sentencing on an accessory-after-the-fact conviction next week.
