East Greenwich Man Charged With DUI: Cops
He was pulled over and arrested in Warwick, police said.
WARWICK, RI — An East Greenwich man was charged with driving under the influence, police said.
Ryan Foss, 41, was pulled over and arrested on Interstate 95 in Warwick shortly before 1:30 a.m. Friday Oct., the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Foss was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, the release said.

Foss was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released with a notice to appear in court according to police.
