Wanted Kingston Man Apprehended During Traffic Stop: Cops
The Kingston man was wanted for failing to appear in court for gun, conspiracy and other charges, police said.
WARWICK, RI — A wanted Kingston man was captured during a traffic stop, police said.
Zong Dong Zhu, 48, was arrested shortly after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court for his arraignment on charges of large capacity feeding devices prohibited, possession of a motor vehicle or part with an altered identification number, forgery and counterfeiting, conspiracy to commit an offense outside state, and possession of a stolen vehicle, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Zhu was arrested after he was pulled over on Route 1 in Warwick, according to the release.

Zhu was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution — Men's Intake Center, the release said.
