Warwick BOLO Leads To Charge Of DUI With Child In Car: Cops
The Warwick man refused a chemical test, police said.
WARWICK, RI — A Be-on-the-Lookout alert led to the arrest of a Warwick man on a charge of driving under the influence with a child passenger, police said.
Armando Brasil, 45, was arrested shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Brasil was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, DUI of liquor or drugs with a child passenger, and refusal to submit to a chemical test, according to the release.

"The arrest was the result of Troopers locating a BOLO vehicle on West Shore Road" in the Warwick, the release said.
Brasil was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned and released with a court date, according to police.
