Warwick Man Charged With Receiving Stolen Goods: Cops
He was arrested by the Auto Theft Task Force, police said.
WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man was charged with receiving stolen goods, police said.
Gabriel Montanez, 38, was arrested about 9 a.m. Sept. 30 by the Rhode Island State Police Auto Theft Task Force, the state police said in a media release.
Montanez was also arrested on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court for a breaking and entering case, the release said.

Montanez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, granted a $2,000 surety bond and "presented as a Superior Court probation violator," according to the release.
