Warwick Man Charged With Stealing $4K E-Bike: Cops
He was on probation at the time of his arrest, police said.
WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man was charged with stealing a $4,000 e-bike, police said.
Shane Mills, 55, was charged with larceny between $1,500 and $5,000.
"At the time of his arrest, he was on probation stemming from a domestic assault charge," the Warwick Police Department said in a media release.

The e-bike was stolen in July, court records show.
"Mills has a lengthy criminal history that includes breaking and entering, arson, narcotics charges, multiple felony property offenses and numerous probation and bail violations," police said in the social media post.
