Wanted Providence Woman Nabbed: Cops

WEST GREENWICH, RI — A wanted Providence woman was apprehended, police said.

Ashley Fernandez, 26, was pulled over and arrested shortly before 9 a.m. Thursday on Hopkins Hill Road in West Greenwich, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Fernandez was arrested on a warrant charging her with missing court for a driving with a suspended, revoked or canceled license case, the release said.

Fernandez was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and taken to Third Division District Court.
