Charlestown Man Charged With Obstructing Officer: Cops (patch.com) — Residents in West Greenwich may notice increased state police activity after a Charlestown man was stopped and arrested on Interstate 95 in town for allegedly obstructing an officer. The 30-year-old was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and released with a court date, underscoring ongoing enforcement on this busy local stretch of highway.

Woonsocket Man Charged With Driving On Suspended License: Cops (patch.com) — A 21-year-old West Greenwich resident was arrested on Interstate 95 in town after state police said he was driving with a suspended license. He was taken to the Hope Valley Barracks and held for arraignment as a probation violator, highlighting ongoing enforcement affecting local drivers.
3. Chariho football rolls in Capone coaching debut, 48-6 (thewesterlysun.com) — Exeter-West Greenwich's co-op football team took a tough 48-6 loss to Chariho in the season opener, facing a much larger and more experienced opponent.
