Providence Man Charged With Transporting Unstamped Cigarettes: Cops

The Providence man was pulled over and arrested in West Greenwich, police said.

WEST GREENWICH, RI — A Providence man was charged with transporting unstamped cigarettes, police said.

Nathan Quezada, 22, was pulled over on Interstate 95 in West Greenwich shortly after 1:30 a.m. Thursday and charged with possession of unstamped cigarettes and transportation of unstamped cigarettes, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Quezada was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and "held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court," the release said.
