She was taken into custody on Friday afternoon, also held on a warrant for failing to appear in a prior disorderly conduct case, and is being presented as a probation violator.

Woonsocket High Opens School Food Pantry With FeedRI (upriseri.com) — Woonsocket High School now hosts a full food pantry right inside the building, giving local students, staff, and neighborhood families easy access to free groceries during the school week. Backed by RIDE, FeedRI, and CVS Health, the on-campus pantry aims to reduce food insecurity by placing help directly where teens and families already are.
3. Laughs, true crime and plenty of polka: What to do in Rhode Island this weekend (oceanstatemedia.org) — Woonsocket residents can head to the local American Legion for a lively Polka Fest featuring the Eddie Forman Orchestra and Polish specialties from Krakow Deli Smokehouse and Bakery.
