Bernon Elks Best Burriville: 6 to 3

The crowd was treated to an outstanding demonstration of play on both sides of the diamond June 27 as the Bernon Elks won their final game against Burriville Team 1.

The last matchup happened during the District 4 Little League Junior Division Championship at Renaud Field, where the Elks completed an undefeated season 15-0 by besting a strong Burrillville team 6 to 3 in the final game.

Manny Ceballos threw 5 1/3 innings allowing three runs on only two hits.

Evan Masse closed out the final 1 2/3 innings with four strikeouts. Ceballos also crushed a long two-run double in leading the offense. 

This season’s Bernon Jr. Division team included Brandon Beaudry, Kyle Beaulieu, Manny Ceballos, Alex Denoyelle, Pedro Faberlle, Alex Godfrin, Jonah Houle, Sam Hunt, Matt Letourneau, Evan Masse, Justin Mojica, Frandy Sanchez, and Tiger Thlang.
