Bernon's Junior Division All-Stars Win First Game

Sam Hunt had a triple and two singles and scored three runs in leading Bernon over Smithfield/Scituate-Foster in District 4 Junior League All-Star play on Saturday night by the score of 8 to 5.  

Manny Ceballos threw four strong innings, striking out five and allowing two unearned runs on only one hit. Kyle Beaulieu threw 2 innings of scoreless relief striking out 5.  

Bernon will continue their quest towards states and play Burrillville today at 5:30 at Renaud Field.

This season’s Bernon Jr. Division All-Stars include Kyle Beaulieu, Manny Ceballos, Alex Denoyelle, Alex Godfrin, Jonah Houle, Sam Hunt, Matt Letourneau, Evan Masse, Justin Mojica and Tiger Thlang.
