- The Knights of Columbus held a collection event on Saturday for the Woonsocket Police Department's annual toy drive. At the event, I was told that prior to COVID, they collected approximately 400 toys. By the end of the event (but not the end of the toy drive!), they had collected over 1,400 toys! Thanks to you, Woonsocket, more children will have a Christmas worth remembering. There's still time to drop toys off at the Woonsocket police department. (Patch)
- After being canceled due to the pandemic, the Polar Express is back and completely sold out. The Polar Express was not running in 2020 but is back on track even more popular than before! (WJAR)
