Carson Entertainment to Perform at Autism Benefit
Second annual Woonsocket High School Music Department Autism Benefit to include performance by Las Vegas magicians.
For the second consecutive year, Woonsocket High School students have organized a fundraiser to benefit the Autism Project of Rhode Island and this year, Las Vegas magicians from Carson Entertainment will be performing.
"The first year was such a success, they had to do it again," explained co-chair Adam Brunetti.
The 2011 benefit, a night of music, dance and theatre, raised $10,000 for the cause, to which Brunetti holds a personal gratitude. "I am Autistic, having Aspergers, and this is the perfect way for me to give back," he said.
