Cicilline To Host BBQ For Veterans & Their Families
The event is Saturday, May 26 at Slater Park in Pawtucket.

WOONSOCKET, RI - From U.S, Congressman David N. Cicilline: U.S. Congressman David N. Cicilline (D-RI) announced today that he will be hosting his 2nd Annual Community Conversation and BBQ for Veterans & Their Families on Saturday, May 26th at the Slater Memorial Park Pavilion, Pawtucket, RI 02861 from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm. Entrances to the park can be found at 426 Newport Avenue and 825 Armistice Boulevard in Pawtucket.
“We live in a free country thanks to the extraordinary actions, incredible bravery and dedicated service of our veterans. These heroic men and women have earned our gratitude, and deserve every opportunity to get ahead,” said Cicilline. “That’s why I am excited to invite our state’s veterans and their families to a Community Conversation and BBQ over Memorial Day weekend.”
