Community Care Alliance Announces 2016 Community Champions Music Event

Community Care Alliance (CCA) is hosting its 14th Community Champions Music Series at Chan’s Eggroll & Jazz, 267 Main Street, Woonsocket, RI on April 7th; awards begin at 6:30pm with music to follow. Honorees are chosen for their dedication, time, energy and skills to create positive change in the community. Proceeds from the event, which is open to the public, support CCA’s programs. Tickets are $15 and can be reserved by calling Wendy Pires at 235-7245. Tickets will also be available at the door if the room has not been filled.

Honorees for the concert are David Spencer, President/CEO at the Substance Use and Mental Health Leadership Council of Rhode Island; Jim Ryczek, Executive Director of the Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless; Sally McAuley, Coordinator of Integrated Services at CCA; and Darlene Magaw, Director of Family Support Services at CCA. Live music will be provided by The Cadillac Horns.
