Stage Right, Studio for Arts & Wellness is pleased to announce the art opening of Rhode Island Artist, Ricky Gagnon entitled "Banned In RI" Humorous Commentary from a Colorful Mind on Friday, August 3, from 6 to 9 pm at 68 South Main Street. Ricky is a self taught artist who has been working in every available craft while growing up. He studied mechanical drawing and architecture in high school and at CCRI. He also took ceramic, weaving and painting classes during that time. When he is painting he uses his varied life experiences and lets them run amok in his very active imagination, then combines them with his sense of humor and love of color to create his art. Complimentary light fare and cash bar (beer & wine) will be available.
